I like the hat, it is good quality. I am not impressed with the delivery services. I payed express for it to come by a certain date and it came 2 days after the expected date. Very disappointed by this, my sole purpose for purchasing this hat was for an event and the hat did not come on time, I payed an extra $21.80 CAD for the express and $17.83 CAD for customs charges which were never mentioned until being delivered. If I had known that this hat which was originally advertised at $35.95 would turn out to be $75 then I would have never purchased it to begin with. This information should be disclosed when ordering! Especially if an express fee is charged and it is not delivered by said date.
